Kriss is Vice President of the Washington State Astrological Association and a member of the International Society for Astrological Research. Kriss combines 25 years of astrological study and practice together with 25 years experience with Eastern, Shamanic and Metaphysical traditions in her counseling and healing sessions to empower her clients to realize their full potential.

Kriss is the teacher and trainer in the Seattle area for the Crystal Triangle Lightbody Activation Method. Kriss trained for several years in the healing practices of the ancient Hawaiian shaman/kahuna and provides her shamanic healing to clients in person and at a distance. She combines healing modalities based on the individual client's needs, choosing from Soul Retrieval, Huna techniques, Shamanic Clearing of Negative Energies, and Inner Child Dialogue. She is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner.
